Students can use plastic links to link these number cards in the correct order. Make sure to give students only the cards that are on their level (for example, one group might be working on 1-10 while another group is working on putting the numbers 30-50 in order). Then, students can count out links to match each number and attach them to the cards. Each card has enough holes on it to represent each number by tens. For example, if you are making the number 25, you should hang 10 links from the first hole and 5 links from the second hole.
To prepare the cards, simply print off and laminate. Cut the cards out and then use a hole punch to cut out the circles.
