Our grandparents (and other loved ones) aren't going to be around forever! This project gets your students connecting to their past in an engaging way.
There are several ways to use this project kit, but all of them involve having the students talk with and get to know about their loved ones past. From elementary memories to what things cost "back then", students are sure to love this experience.
A perfect activity to START on that special grandparent day activity in your classroom. Or, a perfect "excuse" to get those loved ones in your room for an hour or two!
The finished product in this 28 page packet is a dodecahedron (12-sided 3-d shape).Your students will LOVE creating this and enjoy seeing what other students learned from their loved one.
