This activity was created to assess students as to whether they could understand a doctor's instructions for how to take medication. Each dialogue presents 3 to 4 different instructions and students are expected to check mark the instructions they hear and write down the form of medication that was provided to the patient (e.g. capsules, tablets, liquid, syrup, etc.)
Another task that can be done with this activity is for students to write down which instruction they heard first. Rather than putting a checkmark, they could number the instructions they heard as first, second, third or fourth in each box.
