Students will scan the QR code at the top of the card to hear a letter sound. Once students have identified that letter sound, they will write the letter on the lined space. There are 3 pictures that students will choose from, then they will circle the picture that matches that beginning sound. (See Preview)
You can organize this in your classroom a number of ways.
1. Cut the cards, laminate, and hole punch the corners to put them on a ring
2. Leave it as a full page to put in a sheet protector (or laminate) and put it in a binder with the rest of your QR code stories in your classroom library. (Hence why I have the cards out of alphabetical order)
**This can also be used as assessment tool to observe if students can identify their letter sounds.
