This Literacy Centers Daily Work Record form can be utilized for a quick daily reflection in order to help hold students accountable for their literacy center time. It is a quick check for communication between the student and teacher. This record form is intended to be used daily at the end of your literacy center period. It is a quick check. Students record daily what they worked on
each day from the following list: Read Independently , Partner Read, Listened to Literature, Worked on Writing, Worked on a Computer Task, Worked on Reading Activities, and/or Attended Small Group. They then write a quick sentence on what specifically they focused on/ worked on for each and finally they rate their effort. Each Friday, they must also write a paragraph as a weekly reflection of their learning. To use, simply copy the pages front to back for each student to utilize weekly. For help in organization, copy each week for a month on a different color to help keep track. These are wonderful for helping students to make good choices.
