This is a BUNDLE of reading resource includes differentiated learning and reading comprehension activities, using images and visual clues as the text.

The tasks encourage students to connect with the images, and encourage higher order thinking, without the stress of de-coding.

I find the images capture students' interest and they naturally begin to engage and discuss and predict what's happening.

These activities aim to improve reading comprehension skills.

There are 320 task cards: 8 for each of these skills, in each set:

Don't worry about spelling, there is a file with Australian spelling and paper size too pages.

Printed and laminated, they are a great resource to add to your literacy centres. Because I've used images in half of the tasks, students don't need to decode too much text, and can concentrate on thinking skills.
