Product Description

Need an organized way to track what your students are doing when you're busy working with small groups?

I made an easy to use chart for students to track their learning.

Each week they cycle through 4 centres: grammar, reading response, spelling and guided reading.

Each week they are responsible for completing these tasks or centres.

I used to assign the students to the centres, but I want them to have more freedom and be more accountable for their own learning.

When they complete a task, they checkmark it and write the date.

Each week all 4 centres should be completed. The only one that may not be done is guided reading (because we all know things come up and it's not always possible).

There is a section for teacher comments. This is a good way to write notes about student on or off task behaviours.
