Writing worksheet – list all letters or words and use some of the words in complete sentences.
How to print and store:
Print all pages, laminate and cut.
Print 4 scarecrows per game (1 per player, 4 per game). Laminate and cut.
Print “wild cards” page – one per game. Laminate and cut.
Store each game (5 total) in Ziploc bags or small bins. Each game has a distinctive set of crow cards thus differentiating amongst the games and skill levels.
How to play:
Clear and detailed directions are part of this packet.
2 to 4 players per game. Each game uses a different crow clipart set and the scarecrows.
Goal: “Scare” as many crows as you can by: naming letters and letter sounds (for letters and letter sounds game); segment and/or blend nonsense words (for nonsense words game), read sight words (for the 3 sight words games).
Wild cards have different directions for players: return all cards or a specific number of them must be given away to other players.
Winning: the player with the most crow cards wins.
I recommend this for K, 1st and remedial 2nd as well as for homeschoolers, Resource and SPED professionals to use in their classrooms.
SPANISH and FRENCH versions will be posted soon!
