Have you been looking for a way to hold students accountable for their time spent in literacy and math stations? Look no further!
These sheets provide students the opportunity to log which activities they complete during the day for both reading and math. At the end of the week, students can reflect on their week to rate the work they have completed. Additionally, I have included a section for students to write a sentence or two that challenge students to think deeply about the purpose of the centers and how the centers are meant to help them learn! I have included several different critical thinking reflection questions so that they can be changed each week.
These would be a perfect accompaniment to any Student Success or Student Data folders that your students may already be using.
