I created this project assignment to help high school students:
--build close reading skills,
--build students' discourse in literary criticism,
--and to engage genre analysis of fiction texts.
This project can be completed individually or collaboratively in groups. It is a general template, which can be used for a variety of fictional texts (short stories or novels, for example).
This can also be used as a formative or summative assessment tool to help measure students skills in literary criticism.
The project sheet is uploaded in Word format.
