These materials focus on the analysis of textual evidence and composition of a well-supported argument about the reliability of a narrator. I have used it with my students on many occasions and have had much success! Scaffolding students from shorter, lower-complexity texts to longer texts has allowed them to gain confidence and demonstrate mastery of the target skills.
