The product includes two pages of transition words students can use when they write their literary essay.
Additionally, an idea for having students create a literary magazine is included. You don't have to do it, but the kids like putting their literary essay into a magazine format which includes songs, poems, and visuals that represent the book they read for their literary essay.
Finally, a detailed rubric is included for you to use when students are done writing their pieces.
