This two-sided worksheet uses the song "All of Me" (performed by John Legend) as a review of literary terms. Students either listen to the song or watch the music video and then complete the 4 column notes (parallelism, internal rhyme, alliteration, paradox, oxymoron, etc.) The first side of the worksheet contains the song lyrics, and the second side of the worksheet contains the four column notes for students to complete. I give my 9th grade students a handout of over 120 literary terms and a list of comma rules to help them when completing these worksheets. The list of literary terms is available for purchase on this site. The comma rules can be found online at http://www2.baldwinschools.org/blog/kroellan/files/2014/11/Comma-Rules-and-Practice.pdf.
I use these song worksheets as bellringers daily and my students love them. I have two versions of most songs: one is short answer and one is 4 column notes. This version is the 4 column notes version.
