After they finish the book, they do a group project and presentation. This is the project handout I give them, as well as the rubric I use to grade them. Almost all the kids use google slides for the project, but they have the option to use any presentation software or to create a board.
Depth and complexity icons are used. You can grade them AS they present. Makes it super easy and NOT time consuming. The dream for an ELA teacher!
