This FREEBIE includes 20 cute and simple literature discussion prompts to use with any fiction story. I created this for my classroom literature circle groups that have trouble staying on track during discussions or have troubling getting their discussions started. Students simply draw a card (or you can assign them), read the question or prompt, give their answer, and discuss with the group. These prompts are all intended to be used DURING the reading of a book, not after the book is completed or before it is started. The prompts ask students about characters, setting, problem/solution, making connections, descriptions, making predictions, and more.
