Literary Element Analysis Mini-Book
for Any Story!
Product/Materials Preface (Grades 6-12):
Here is my Literary Element Analysis Activity that will help students better Analysis and Evaluate the Myriad Literary Elements and Intricacies of any given Story. There are about 90 Analysis Templates to choose from along with 4 pre-made covers and there is a blank cover template so students can customize their own. This English Language Arts Resource also comes with numerous Introductory Mini-Lesson/Handouts and Question Stimulators (for the teacher). This is a Rigorous CCSS Activity in that it covers the gamut of various Reading Literature and Writing Standards. The activity will help students better understand key concepts, vocabulary, and terms.
You can use the visual activity to focus on a particular book you are studying. It can be a class novel or your students’ independent reading books. You can use the organizers for guided reading, book clubs, and literature circles. Makes for a great bulletin board activity, book report alternate, final project, exit, project, etc. You are only limited by your imagination.
