Reinforce sight words, sequencing, and writing about problem/solution with this fun and engaging emergent reader! My "Little Snowflake" mini book practices the sight words little, went, for, to, too, but, was, there, did, not, said. The story features predictable text, tells where Little Snowflake went on his walk, and why he does not stay. I have included two writing activities. Students will draw a picture of a problem that Little Snowflake had and write a matching sentence. They will also draw how Little Snowflake solved his problem and write a matching picture. I have also included a sequencing activity. Students will cut out the places that Little Snowflake went and glue them in order.
