How useful is live video and will it work for me?  

In Module 1, you’ll identify exactly where and why live video will benefit a business and how livestreams will help increase conversions, revenue, and customer retention.  

Module 2 – Using Live Video Throughout The Customer Lifecycle

Keeping existing customers is more cost-effective than attracting new ones, which is why live video marketing will fit perfectly into a customer-focused marketing strategy.  

In Module 2, you’ll explore effective ways to use live video to market to existing followers and bring new people into the marketing cycle. In this way, business can attract more leads, increase sales, and build a loyal customer following.

Lesson 1: Use Live Video to Attract New Customers - In Lesson 1, you'll show your students how to use livestreams to bring in new leads, educate them about their brand, and build trust and credibility.

Lesson 2: Use Live Video to Motivate Customers to Buy - In Lesson 2, you'll help your students identify where they will use live video to increase conversions and motivate prospects to become paying customers.

Lesson 3: Use Live Video to Delight Customers - In Lesson 3, you'll teach how to use live video to onboard customers, provide support and training, and build their community.

Module 3 – Plan and Promote Your Livestream

Your students now know how live video will benefit a business and how it fits into their overall marketing strategy, so now it's time to move forward with planning and promotion.  

In Module 3, you’ll drill down to the objectives, choose the most appropriate social media platform for running a livestream, and pick the best way to attract the maximum number of participants to an event.

  • Lesson 1: Set Your Objective - In Lesson 1, you'll help your students learn how to decide on the main objective for a livestream event, so that it will bring the desired results.
  • Lesson 2: Choose Your Platform and Your Tech - In Lesson 2, you'll explore ways to pick the most appropriate platform and the right tech for running a live video that is both engaging and professional.
  • Lesson 3: Attract Viewers to Your Live Video - In Lesson 3, you'll teach how to choose methods to attract viewers to a livestream event, so that the target audience I reached.

Module 4 - Run an Engaging and Effective Livestream 

Your students have learned how to set clear aims for a livestream, chosen a platform, and promoted an event. Now they are ready to get started with their first live video.  

In Module 4, you’ll teach your students what they need to do to prepare themselves and their content so that they are ready to run an engaging, informative livestream that will help them achieve their objectives for their business.

Lesson 1: Prepare Your Content - In Lesson 1, you'll show your students how to outline and pull together their content, so that they deliver their message clearly and concisely.

Lesson 2: Deliver Your Livestream - In Lesson 2, you'll prepare your students to run their livestream with confidence, so that it runs smoothly and gives them the results they want.

Module 5 – Maximize the Visibility and Value of Your Livestreams

Your students have done the planning, promotion and producing of their livestream, but it isn’t over yet.  

In Module 5, you’ll show your students how they can repurpose their live video content to get it in front of more people and bring them a far-reaching impact on their business growth.

Module 6 - Review and Refine

In this final module, you’ll teach your students tips to get even more out of their livestreams. You’ll give your students the opportunity to review their work and plan future action steps so they can achieve the goals they set for this course.
