Description

This free resource comes with a digital picture sort in which students sort objects into living and nonliving categories.

This sort is 100% digital so it saves lots of paper and time cutting out the cards. It can be used in lots of different ways. Digital Sorts use Google Slides which you can assign students in Google Classroom for a quick check practice or review. You could also use these sorts as a whole group activity, for example, a whole group SMART board or Promethean board activity.

These sorts are great for classrooms that don’t have a lot of time to spend cutting pictures but still would like to sort and classify things based on similarities and differences.

This resource is best used in science for earlier grades and is free.  It is a great reference as I have several awesome Math Sorts that use this kind of design.
