This is a relatively simple presentation on location. It includes definitions of: relative location, absolute location, latitude and longitude, the equator and Prime Meridian, the tropic of Cancer and tropic of Capricorn, and the International Date Line.
There is a United States map and a street map of Washington D.C. to use for examples of relative location. The street map is detailed and will need to be projected on a relatively large display.
I had to take a United States latitude and longitude map out of the original presentation I use with my students due to copyright issues and I couldn't find a suitable replacement, so I decided to make this lesson cheaper. Overall it still works for teaching the concepts above.
