I'm always looking for ways to break up the monotony of standard review. This mini project is always a hit.
Students create a brochure about everything they have learned about logic. I give the students a checklist of exactly everything I want in the place that I want it. It's fool proof as long as they follow directions! I have left the checklist as a word document so that you can change it at your will.
Since I'm a Microsoft Word junkie, I have my students complete this in Word using tables, then cut them out and paste them on construction paper to make their brochure, but Microsoft Publisher would be great to use as well, even Google Docs.
The thing that I love the most about this activity is that the students have a chance to make these their own and while grading them, I learn so much about their personalities and what they like doing so!!
