Product Description
Enrich your winter lesson plans with table logic puzzles that focus on Snow!

This set of four (4) table logic puzzles is geared for 3rd and 4th grade students. Two of the puzzles are for fun while the other two puzzles can be used as a jumping off point to explore geography and snow records in the U.S.

Please read over the Dear Teacher page (found in the Preview file) for suggestions on how to successfully support students in completing these puzzles. We've highlighted the essential background knolwedge needed for the last puzzle. Having a US map on hand (not included in this packet) may be helpful for some students.

All of our logic puzzles have been kid-tested and edited for clarity and solve-ability. The two biggest hints you can give kids to help them solve these puzzles is:

⇒ Read carefully. In the excitement to solve a puzzle, you can easily miss a key preposition or negative word clue.

⇒ Go back and re-read the clues. Sometimes an earlier clue doesn't give you all its information the first time you read it.

Answers are included, but anytime you have a problem, please feel free to post a question or send us an email. We'll be happy to explain the steps for solving the logic puzzle.
