Product Description
The Commmon Core Standards state that students must divide multi-digit numbers and multi digit decimals using the standard algorithm.

The problem is, kids hate long division, and I hate teaching it!

Luckily, you can use this bundle of 3 homework/classwork pages to make long division a lot easier for everyone!

Included in this bundle are 3 worksheets. They are quick, simple, easy, and each one provides a gimmick to keep your kids engaged.

I believe in the "less is more" approach when it comes to long division. I would rather have my students complete a handful of problems really well, instead of 20 problems in a rushed, disorganized manner. I also want to see students' work, so there is plenty of room for kids to show their work on each page.

The first is called "Text Me", and students must use the standard long division algorithm to divide whole numbers by whole numbers. The goal is to reveal their friend's missing phone number. I have provided boxes and arrows that ensure your students will stay organized. There are no remainders for any problems. There are a total of 7 problems.

The second is called "Decimal Darts", and students must divide decimals by whole numbers. They must fill in the bull's-eye with the decimal, and draw in their "dart" or arrow, to ensure proper decimal placement. There are a total of 9 problems.

The third is called "Quarterback Quotients", and students must divide decimals by decimals. There are football jerseys on which students will record the quotients. The goal is to figure out which jersey belongs to the quarterback. There are a total of 7 problems.

I hope this makes long division a lot easier for your and your students!
