Long range plans are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself on track during the hectic school year. I created these pretty pink and grey forms to use as I organize my own long range plans for the upcoming school year.
There are two different sets of planning forms:
-The first set is grouped by subject. Each subject is then broken down by month. I like to use these pages to brainstorm/list the themes/topics/standards that I need to teach.
-Subjects included in this file: Math, Reading/Phonics, Language (Grammar), Writing, Social Studies, Science/Health (if these subjects don't work for you, you can edit them to meet your needs by using the included editable Power Point)
-The second set is a generic calendar set up as a table. The columns are labeled with the subjects listed above. The rows are labeled "Week 1, Week 2, etc." There is a calendar for all 12 months of the year. You can use this form to schedule your brainstorming from the first set of planning pages.
-BONUS! I have also included a Student Birthdays organizer to help you keep track of your kiddos' birthdays.
You will get two different file formats, a PDF where the text is locked in place, and an editable Power Point where you can edit the wording, font, and font color.
This download is a .zip file (please make sure you have unzipping software installed on your computer or it will not open).
Please check out the preview to get a good look at what is included.
