A fun song helps students learn and remember that “ew,” “ou,” “ui,” “ue,” “oo” just one “o,” and just one “u” can make the “OO” sound or the “Long U” sound in some words. Then, after reminders from a rapping robot, they practice reading words that follow these phonics rules. An example of homophones with the “OO” sound is also included.

Our helpful on-screen mouth assists with correct sound formation for each word. Studies show that using video content as part of a lesson can help with
comprehension and retention.
