Need to teach your students about that Sneaky Silent e? Use these worksheets to introduce long vowel sounds and silent e. Students will read a short vowel word and then write the new word with a silent e. The pictures provided help them check to see if they are correct. There are also long vowel searches included so that students can practice hearing and correctly identifying the long vowel sounds in words.
*New Activity Added* 1.20.13
Add the silent e! All you need to do is provide the popsicle sticks! Cut out and glue the silent e ninjas to a popsicle stick and add the silent e's to the end of the word cards. Then write down the new word you made on your silent e list!
