A E I O U
5 pictures per page and places to fill in the correct vowel under each picture
50 sheets total and a chance to discuss the word, picture, and how the vowel fits in.
Teachers need to make sure that the children have the alphabet (and their sounds) in their heads before handing out the sheets each and every day for this program to work to its capacity.
The 5 main vowels (tricky y is not included) must be repeated daily and often. The sheets may be used as homework, assessment, individual worksheets, or in whatever way you choose.
By the end of the program, which you can pace for your own students, the vowels (both long and short) will be known. The children should be comfortable with them and not confuse them very often.
You can add, in part, or total , to ISNs if you so choose.
