This activity is designed to go along with lessons related to Growth and Fixed Mindset, and/or those using the "Look for the Good Project". A great way to help students reflect on past moments where they may have thought in a negative way, and identify how they could use a positive mindset to help them in the future.
When printing you may wish to print double sided (to help save paper). The first worksheet provided references "Crap Trap" which is related to the Look for the Good Project, and the 2nd version uses the term "Fixed Mindset". In addition are 2 separate worksheets that can be used as a student activity where they write about time they were stuck in a Crab Trap State of Mind, and on the 2nd page they identify how they will think positively by writing what they can tell themselves the next time.
