Here is a fun way to keep up with all the teeth those littles are losing throughout the year. Each child gets a tooth-shaped card to add to the poster. Write the date each time the child loses a tooth.
There are 2 options for the poster:
Option 1: Print the poster on a poster plotter.
Option 2: Make a poster using the graphics provided using a half piece of poster board.
There are 2 options for the teeth: (2 different types of teeth to choose from)
Option 1: Editable Teeth - Type the students' names on the teeth. (font link provided)
Option 2: Write the students' names on the teeth.
Just added! Space Saver Version. Print out 8.5 X 11 sheet and write on dates.
No keepsake tooth available with this option.
After you write your students' names on the teeth, add the teeth to The Snaggle Tooth Chart as they lose teeth. Under their name, write the date each time they lose a tooth. I also like to add some type of sticker because it makes the chart more colorful and they love stickers!
At the end of the year, I send the "teeth" home for a fabulous keepsake!
