Here is a short story about a boy who is bored and looks for something to do based off the Comprehensible Input / TPRS style of language acquisition. It contains many regular -er verbs in different forms as well as some of the most used irregular verbs. This can be used to introduce -er verbs in beginning French or reinforce students' knowledge in other levels.
Multiple exercises are included to draw out understanding of the story and reinforce the grammatical and vocabulary structures mentioned. They can be easily edited to match your students' level and abilities.
