Product Description
This Love Poems Unit and Activities for Middle School and High School students is the perfect way to celebrate and study poetry in your classroom! This unit includes 4 COMPLETE WEEKS of activities and instruction! With three love poems as the focus of this unit, you and your students will not be disappointed!

We created this unit specifically with teachers like you in mind. We wanted you to be able to relax and not worry about lesson planning for an entire FOUR WEEKS!

We've broken down our entire Poetry Unit for Middle School and High School into mini units that cover the span of four weeks. Of course, pacing will vary depending on your school schedule, but each mini unit should be taught over one week. As always, you are able to pick and choose what you would like to use in your classroom, but each week has been crafted with the other weeks in mind.

We created this unit around the theme of LOVE, so you will notice that all three poems are love poems - making this a perfect unit to teach in February for Valentine's Day, but also one that can be used anytime throughout the school year! (We most recently used it during National Poetry Month in April.)
