These questions are thought-provoking and exciting getting to know you questions for groups of teens, and go perfectly with the "See The Real Me" activity in my blog post here: https://www.teachwithmetoday.com/single-post/2018/05/31/Ending-the-Year-on-a-High-Note
There are 20 low, medium, and high risk questions. You can use them in any activity such as the one above, the toilet paper activity (pass around a roll, tell kids to grab what they want. AFTER everyone has some, you reveal they have to answer one question per square they took!) You can have the student choose which category they'd like to answer from, or you can give a number (3 low, 2 med or high). They can pick a number and you ask that question, or you can give this to students to interview each other in partners and then generate their own types of questions. These can be writing prompts or interview prompts.
Work on establishing trust and boundaries. The low/medium questions are great for any time of the year, but high risk questions should not be asked until trust has been established. Teachers should be willing to answer the questions, too!
