Two games are included in this packet. In both games, players use step by step drawing illustrations to complete a leprechaun. Game ends when one player completes their leprechaun. Writing paper is included for students to write about their leprechaun when finished as an optional activity.
Students take turns reading sight words and CVC words. If they are correct, step one of their leprechaun may be drawn. Players take turns reading words and drawing parts of their leprechaun. Watch out for the tricky leprechaun, though! And if you get a horseshoe card, LUCKY YOU!
Students decide if a word is real or nonsense. If it is a real word, they may draw a part of their leprechaun. If it is nonsense, they may NOT draw a part of their leprechaun.
