Lunch in Haiti

In the lesson, Lunch in Haiti, students will investigate the unique culture of Haiti through the development of a typical Haitian lunch menu.
1) Understand and identify the ways in which Caribbean culture defines food in Haiti.
2) Conduct research to build knowledge about Caribbean culture and Haitian food.
3) Create a project using new knowledge about the Caribbean culture.
