This story is written in newspaper form by a Jr. High student for a Jr. High student. Our twice exceptional students really went for this format. It is presented in a more “mature” manner for those students who hate the traditional social story. This is great to use at the end of upper elementary to get your students ready for Jr. High or at the beginning of the year during your expected behaviors teaching. We hit 4 of the most popular infractions – personal space, chewing with your mouth closed, not talking with food in your mouth and wiping your mouth a lot.
