Product Description

Minimal pairs are sets of words that differ by one phoneme (e.g. mow vs. no). The differing phoneme allows for contrast and has proven to benefit children in speech therapy, particularly those who exhibit a phonological process(es).

This resource contrasts the English phonemes M vs. N when in the initial sound position (e.g. Mow vs. No).

This resource differs from others, because I chose to use stock photos to bring the targeted words to life, allowing students with limited experiences/exposure to more easily grasp meaning and understanding!

Contains: 22 words; 11 minimal pairs
