Description

This is the story of Maggie L. Walker. She was born in Virginia in 1864. Her mother was a former slave. Maggie was the first African American woman in the United States to establish a bank and become a bank president.

This purchase includes a full-color and black and white version of the book. Each can be printed out and put into book form and also be used for booklets, color sheets, bulletin board displays, and classroom games. This copy is a single-use license intended for use in one classroom. Multiple licenses can be purchased on my TpT page at a reduced rate. This also includes a Timeline sheet that can be printed out, colored, cut out, then put in order as an individual or group activity.
