This MAGIC, Disney Themed organizational binder was created to make my life easier. It stands for "Managing Academic Goals and Important Communication.I was tired of copying, collecting and grading homework. I was tired of the students loosing their fluency passages, leveled readers, site word cards, and other weekly practice materials. I needed a one stop shop for everything from parent notes, nightly homework, goal tracking forms, flashcards, and everything else the students have to keep track of and cart around. Thus, the MAGIC Binder was born.
CONTACT ME AFTER PURCHASING THIS ITEM AND I WILL SEND YOU THE EDITABLE VERSION SO THAT YOU MAY EDIT THE FLASHCARDS, HOMEWORK SCHEDULE, AND OTHER COMPONENTS TO MAKE IT PERFECT FOR YOUR NEEDS.
Tab one is a heavy duty folder that holds all notes to and from home, as well as any homework pages I send home, graded work, and the students daily behavior calendar.
Tab 2 held all of the students goal tracking forms. We track goals for site words, fluency, math facts, weekly tests, and MAP goals. All goal tracking forms are included in the binder file.
Tab 3 was the students' fluency tab. Behind that tab is a page protector that holds a new fluency passage for the students to practice each week, as well as a pencil pouch with their site word and math flashcards so that they will NOT loose them.
We use the Scott Foresman Reading Street 2013 Common Core Edition. So, the site words included in this file are aligned with the first grade edition of that program. However, if you contact me directly after purchasing this item I will send you the editable version so that you can edit the flash cards.
