MAIN CHARACTER IN TEXT Task Cards “Task Box Filler” for Autism
This Task Card “Task Box Filler” focuses on identifying the main character in a story or reading passage, an important reading skill that many of our students are working on as an IEP Goal. Using repetitive text (name) and a choice of three real life images to choose from, your students will find these cues helpful in deciding who the main character is. The passages contain easy reader text with beginning sight words and is intended for children who have not yet mastered this reading skill.
