Product Description
Using this 3 day interactive lesson, your students will build cell models, and learn the function of cell organelles/components. They will explore the difference between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. They will predict what would happen if cells lose an organelle. Then they will follow this up with a literature activity.

I have used this as a tried and true technique and it works! The kids love it. To extend the activity, teacher can allow students to color a cut out cells parts!!!! ALL PIECES PROVIDED in color and in black and white.

This activity includes another one of my products (cell structures graphic organizer).

The lesson is NGSS aligned and can be used for middle or high school students (biology, life science or AP Biology).
