Who doesn't love fast food? In this marketing assignments, students will explore the marketing mix and focus on the 4 P's of marketing, such as product, price, place, and promotion. Students will brainstorm a new fast food menu item for a fast food restaurant listed on the assignment. They will work through the worksheet, collecting data referring to each of the 4 P's. Students will also create possible advertisements or promotions. With all their information, students will prepare a pitch outlining the necessary information and share with their classmates.
What a fun activity-- I'm always intrigued to see what new menu items the students can come up with. I even award a 100% to the company with the best pitch!!! This is always a great incentive for students when working in groups.
