MATH CAMP: NUMBER SENSE grades 2-4
Visit my blog, www.cfclassroom.com for daily tips and photos for organizing and managing your classroom.
I am so excited about this product. I teach 3rd grade. We were approaching that time of year when we needed to review for the state test. Not wanting to make my creative, fun-loving students work through a whole lot of practice tests, I instead developed, "Camp Learn-a-Lotta."
During our 2 week stay at Camp Learn-a-Lotta, the students reviewed important skills by playing games and participating in centers and activities that all had a "camping/woodlands theme." I carried it over into language arts with some highly motivating writing projects.
As much fun as we've had with our math camp, these would be fantastic to use alone as you cover each skill during the year.
