M.A.T.H. Workshop is a great way to address all of the math common core standards and differentiate in your classroom. I use M.A.T.H. Workshop to teach math the same way that I use the Daily 5 in my classroom. There are some fantastic M.A.T.H. Workshops sets out there, but none of them fit the puppy theme of my classroom so I created this one.
This set is to be used in organizing math rotations during M.A.T.H. Workshop.
The rotations included are:
At your seat
Teacher ‘s choice (small guided groups)
You will find the header, rotation cards, choice cards, and student list cards. This set can be used with a pocket chart, on a bulletin board, or on a magnet board. The names of the students in the groups can be attached with post-it notes, writing a list attaching it to the chart with a paper clip or velcro. or just writing on the list with a dry erase marker. The groups should be changeable to allow for differentiation.
It was fun to make, it's functional, you can easily differentiate, and it's "pawsome".
