Includes lessons that explore a range of the following concepts:

Lessons include:

  • 2187 short film + analysis of symbolism and dystopian elements
  • Hyper-Reality short film + analysis of technology overuse and creative advertising mini task
  • The Luckiest short film + analysis of tone and symbolism
  • The Last Job on Earth short film + analysis of workforce automation and job invention writing task

This unit is designed for students in years 6-10 (depending on the depth explored in class) and takes approximately 6-8 hours to complete in full. Alternatively, you can pick and choose which lessons to use with your class.
