Music In Our Schools Month (MIOSM) - Wild About Music: Looking for ways to draw special attention to how amazing it is that we get to have music in our schools during March (Music In Our Schools Month), or are you "Wild About Music" all year long?

This PDF includes:
3 Header pages in case you would like to make a bulletin board:
- "Wild About Music"
- "Music In Our Schools Month"
- "I'm Wild About Music Because..."

19 pages to print as posters for a bulletin board that each list a great benefit of having music in schools.

1 black and white printable task card sized student sheets (4 to a page) "I'm Wild About Music because..." that can be used if you have a Music In Our Schools Month drawing or want to feature some of your students during morning announcements.

Low on ink? That's ok! I am using these in my music room during March by choosing a new benefit each day to project onto the board and use that as a short conversation starter about how I am wild about music. You can also ask the kids to share their own ideas about why THEY are wild about music.

Music In Our Schools Month Ideas:
-Project one page on the board each day and have students say what it means to them
-If your school has a broadcasting/news network, show one page each day on your school’s TV station
-Print and laminate to create a MIOSM bulletin board
-Print and have students read them out loud over the morning announcements
-Conversation starters about why your own students are "Wild About Music"
