This bundle contains 2 editable powerpoint files and one print and use pdf.
To get started:
Use the editable files to type your students’ first and last names onto the name strips. Create each student’s name word art and edit the first and last name text boxes in “My Little Name Book.” You can add or delete letters to make each student’s name word art.

Completing the Activities:
Using their name strip, your students will build (with uppercase and lowercase letter manipulatives) their first and last name. They will practice writing their full name and also count all of the letters in their name. Next, they will form and record real words using the letters in their name. It is helpful to use the manipulatives to form the words. Finally, they will draw a picture of themselves.
After editing the first and last pages of “My Little Name Book,” print and fold the booklet in half along its width and then again along its length. Your students will create number bonds with the vowels and consonants in their name and write a name number sentence. Then they’ll draw a picture that begins with the same sound as their name. Finally, they will write their name backwards and enjoy sounding it out!
