This bundle contains an editable powerpoint file and a print and use pdf.
To get started:
Use the editable file to type your students’ names and phone numbers onto the reminder strips. Then, print the phone number page (boy and girl options available) and “My Little Phone Book” from the .pdf file.
If you do not already own the font KG What the Teacher Wants
, please download and install this free font here.
Completing the Activities:
Using their reminder strip, your students will stamp their phone number; write it on the lines and then write it again as part of a song. They can practice singing their phone number using a variation to the tune “Where is Thumbkin?” Finally, they will practice dialing their number using a dot marker, or simply their fingers.
Fold the “My Little Phone Book” in half along its width and then again along its length. Have your students write numbers you’d like them to learn, or simply copy their friends' numbers (and faces) into their phone book.
