INTERACTIVE MYSTERY FOLDER:
This project is designed to be used in conjunction with a mystery chapter book. All students regardless of their guided reading level can complete the Interactive Folder on their book.
There are foldable minibooks for:
* Suspect List
* Scene of the Crime
* Character Traits of the main characters
* Chapter Summary cards and pocket
* Wonderings / Questions I Have While Reading
* Case File for recording the victim and the missing item
* Crime Solution
This unit can be used with any mystery book.
The primary project is the Interactive Mystery Folder. Some people call them lap books or foldables.
Included in this product are a collection of reading responses that are moveable. You can decide which interactive pieces to include.
In addition, there are logic puzzles to help your children apply problem solving and reasoning skills. Also included are posters and artwork to transform your classroom into an Investigation Headquarters.

Use the display the posters on to explain terms that pertain to this genre. These words are the same ones that the students will use on the Words to Know hats.
