Macbeth Anticipation Guide FREEBIE

An anticipation guide to be used before a study of Shakespeare's Macbeth. It introduces students to some of the major themes of the play including the supernatural, greed, karma, success, superstition, loyalty, power, and feminism. After students fill out the guide independently, I suggest facilitating a discussion of some of the more controversial statements in order to begin students thinking critically about some of the themes that they will encounter in the play.
