Students listen to and read the play scene-by-scene, answering questions on events in the text, implied ideas surrounding the text, and other aspects involving characterization, plot, conflict and motifs.
This application immerses students into Macbeth with audio, questions and clickable glossaries. Some of the other highlights include quotes from the original Holinshed's Chronicles (where Shakespeare got the historical background for this play--and others) and adjustable question difficulties, and summaries that aid in understanding the settings and events for each scene.
Students create logins to allow for data tracking, the printing out of scores, and the saving of the completion of its parts. Students can also login in pairs and work together through the play.
This application will work on any Windows computer and can be installed on as many stations as you like--or simply run from a server. Upon purchase, you will receive the URL to the setup file (same as below) and the key code that unlocks the full program.
